How the AI screening call works

You connect your own telephone account, then press Call with AI on one candidate or on many. The assistant calls in English or Hindi and asks six things: total experience, relevant experience, current CTC, expected CTC, notice period or last working day, and willingness to relocate.

Clear answers are written on the candidate’s profile in the candidate’s own words. An unclear answer is left for a person to follow up. The call is listened to and spoken on MJX’s own servers, not sent to an outside speech company, and it is not recorded; only the text of the answers is kept.
