What we learned
building them.
Admission enquiries, WhatsApp-first institute management, and running AI products in production.
Notes on the problems the products were built for, written by the people who built them. No predictions, no vendor comparisons — only what we have already had to solve.
The distance between an AI demo and an AI product is entirely in the parts nobody demos — grounding, a human override, and somebody who notices when it stops. Why we build our own products, and why we run them.
WhatsApp-first is not a broadcast list with a nicer name. It means the channel parents already use is where the institute’s software actually operates — enquiries, fee reminders and documents included.
An admission enquiry is lost in the gap between arriving and being answered. Here is where that gap opens in a coaching centre, and what closing it actually involves — capture, an answer in seconds on WhatsApp, lead scoring, and a human who can step in.
Recognise
any of this?
Tell us the problem rather than the product. We will say plainly whether it is something we have already built.
