Does it run on the official WhatsApp Business API?
Yes. Messages go out through the WhatsApp Business API with approved templates, either on MJX’s shared number or, on the Pro plan, on your own business number. It is not a browser extension or an unofficial bulk sender.
Which languages does the WhatsApp AI reply in?
Hindi, English and Hinglish. The language is detected from what the person actually typed rather than set in advance.
Where do the AI’s answers come from?
Only from the knowledge base and documents you loaded. When it does not know the answer it stops and flags the conversation for a person instead of guessing.
Can a person take over a WhatsApp conversation?
