What is MJX People Plus?
MJX People Plus is an HR suite from MJX Technologies that puts four products in one plan: MJX HR, MJX Payroll, MJX Attendance and MJX Hire. It is priced per employee and costs less than buying the four one by one.
Is recruitment included, or is it an add-on?
It is included. MJX People Plus holds MJX Hire — the careers page, the applicant tracking board, interviews and offer letters — alongside HR, payroll and attendance, in the same per-employee plan.
Who counts as an employee?
Everybody with a login in your organisation who is switched on, you included, with a minimum of five. People who have left can be switched off and are not counted at your next renewal.
Can my staff check in on their phone?
Yes, on the website or in the app, once you switch self check-in on. With Pro you can add an office radius, a selfie, shifts and overtime, or a fingerprint or card machine.
Can I buy just HR, or just Payroll?
Yes. Each is sold on its own with its own Forever Free, Basic and Pro plans. People Plus is for when you want all four, and it costs less than buying them one by one.
We are a school or coaching centre. Is People Plus for us?
For your staff, yes: teachers and office staff on the same HR, payroll and attendance. Students are looked after by MJX Academic and MJX Fees Management.
How do I pay for it?
Start the free trial, then choose MJX People Plus from Billing in your portal, monthly or yearly, by UPI, card or net banking, with a GST invoice. Current prices are on the product’s own page.
