What MJX Library is
MJX Library — library management software for self-study libraries, reading rooms and lending libraries in India: seat booking by shift, fees and book issue.
A self-study library is a seat, a shift and a monthly fee, and most of them are run from a register and a WhatsApp group. MJX Library gives every member a number, shows which seats are free in each shift at a glance, and refuses to give one seat to two people for the same hours. Every payment gets a numbered receipt, and the list of who ends this week and who owes how much is ready before the money is lost.

What MJX Library does
Members with a number each
Every member gets a member number, their mobile, what they are preparing for, and only the last four characters of the ID they showed.
A seat map for every shift
Morning, evening, full day or your own hours. Free seats in each shift are visible at a glance.
No double booking
A morning member and an evening member can share a seat. The same seat for the same hours is refused, even when two people at the counter try at the same moment.
Monthly fees with receipts
Plans of one to twelve months with a discount and a locker. Every payment gets a numbered receipt to print or send on WhatsApp; a mistake is voided with a reason, never deleted.
Renewals and dues
Who ends this week, who has ended and who owes how much — with a reminder written for you that you send from your own phone.
Check-in and check-out
Who came today, when, for how long, and who is inside right now.
Books, issue and return

Both. Use the seats, shifts and fees for a reading room, the catalogue and lending for books, or both together.
Can two people be given the same seat?
Only when their hours do not overlap — a morning member and an evening member can share a seat. The same seat for the same hours is refused, even when two people at the counter try at the same moment.
Does it send fee reminders to members?
It writes the reminder — the member’s name, plan, end date and amount due — and opens WhatsApp on your phone so you send it yourself. Nothing is sent without you.
Do I need any other MJX product to use it?
